SOPA Erupts Storm of Criticism

As David Sohn wrote late last month, the House is working on its version of so-called “rogue sites” legislation. Barely two weeks old, the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) has stirred up a storm of opposition.

As the hearing on the bill nears (set for Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 10am), we have compiled a resource page to collect the diverse voices speaking out against the bill. From progressive media reform groups, to tech investors, to free-market libertarians, the message is the same: SOPA should not become law.
