Samuel Moss

Sam Moss was a Privacy Fellow on the National Security project team at CDT. His research centers on federal security and surveillance matters, especially national security letters and counterintelligence investigations. Additionally, his portfolio encompasses domestic law enforcement issues in the cyber domain, in particular the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the Vulnerability Equities Process.
