Senior Policy Advisor on Assignment at NTIA
Gabriel Nicholas is serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) in the Office of International Affairs. He is placed there via the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA).
Gabriel previously served as a Research Fellow at the Center for Democracy & Technology, where his research focused on automated content moderation and data governance.
Gabriel is a software engineer by training and has a Masters in Information Management and Systems from the UC Berkeley School of Information.
