CONNECT with CDT

The new CDT.org launched last week with several new features included our new "Connect" section.

The "Connect" section of CDT.org helps users learn about what we’re working on through standard forms like blogs and press releases, and with several new capabilities brought about through our social media tools and multimedia formats like pictures, videos and podcasts (coming soon!). Our "Connect" page provides users with a number of ways to share CDT materials online including:

·      Becoming a fan of us on Facebook.
·      Watching videos of CDT events on our YouTube and UStream pages.
·      Following us on Twitter.

We’ve actually revamped our twitter feeds so that now you can sign up not only for the full-feed of everything CDT is doing through our main feed but also issue-specific feeds as well to receive updates only on the issues you want to follow. Think of them as "mini" newsletters for the issues you care about.

We are still working on buttons on the issue pages to connect directly to the Twitter feeds but until then we have the list of addresses for your issue-specific twitter feed needs:
·      Open Government
·      Consumer Privacy
·      Free Expression
·      Digital Copyright
·      International

So take a look around and enjoy the new tools on the site. No matter what issue at CDT is closest to your heart (whether it be Consumer Privacy or Open Government) – we got you covered!
