CDT Joins EPIC in Opposing New York Senate’s Budget Bill

A letter from the Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) and EPIC opposing the New York Privacy Act’s inclusion in the New York Senate’s budget bill for not going far enough in protecting New Yorkers’ privacy. We hope they remove it from the budget bill and continue improving it.
