Amicus Brief in Garcia v. Google

CDT joins seven other free expression advocates in filing this amicus brief in Cindy Lee Garcia v. Google. Our brief urges the court to reconsider its decision to require YouTube to remove the documentary “Innocence of the Muslims” from its platform.
