Amicus brief in Barnes v. Yahoo

CDT joined Public Citizen and others on this brief to urge the Ninth Circuit to revise its initial ruling. The brief recommends that the court correct two serious mistakes that could narrow the scope of Section 230, a critical section of the Communications Act that enhances free expression online by protecting service providers from liability for content posted by their users.
