This workshop, hosted by VUB and the Brussels Privacy Hub, will aim to discuss new development and key contentious issues of the draft ePrivacy Regulation currently in the law-making process. This workshop is expected to build on findings and feedback of the Hub’s similar workshop on 27 October 2016, “What is to be done with the ePrivacy Directive?”

Speakers representing the European Parliament, academia, the industry and civil society will present different aspects of the draft Regulation, before a general discussion with all participants takes place.
