Jim Dempsey will testify on updating the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, before the House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, 2 PM, 2141 Rayburn House Office Building. He will be talking about the history of ECPA, the reasons why it is outdated, and the consensus principles developed by the Digital Due Process coalition.
