Greg Nojeim will speak on the need to update the Electronic Communications Privacy Act at a Capitol Hill Briefing sponsored by the Cato Institute.  Nojeim will stress proposed changes to ECPA advocated by Digital Due Process, a coalition of companies, privacy organizations and academics.
