Greg Nojeim will be speaking on a panel at a consultation among NGOs and officials of the Federal Government on the U.S. human rights record on surveillance matters.  He will be discussing the need to ensure that privacy laws keep pace with advances in technology, and abuses of National Security Letter authority.
