Deven McGraw will participate in a panel: Think Tank: Legal Issues in Active Medical Product Surveillance

Supported by a grant from FDA, the one-day workshop will feature productive discussion and exchange of ideas on topics including:

–  Data privacy laws related to post-market surveillance;
–  Appropriate human subjects protection for safety science research; and
–  Tort liability in medical product safety surveillance.
