CDT is pleased to announce our 2022 Tech Prom on Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 5:30 – 10:00 PM at The Anthem in Washington, D.C. You won’t want to miss it!
At the Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT), we believe in putting democracy and human rights at the center of the digital revolution. We advance data privacy, promote online expression, and work to reduce bias and inequality in algorithms and limit government surveillance. We serve as translators between technologists and policymakers, and offer counsel and guidance in legislation, regulation, and corporate policies. CDT is the leading nonpartisan, multi-stakeholder convener and a trusted voice in the tech policy space.
Your support of 2022 Tech Prom allows CDT to continue this important work. We invite you to join us on October 6th to learn more about CDT, discuss trends in tech policy, and network with policymakers, educators, civil society advocates, government representatives, corporate partners, and the interested public.

CDT is committed to the health and safety of our guests. Safety measures will be enforced, following the venue requirements and the instructions of the CDC in accordance with District of Columbia guidelines. We are requiring all Tech Prom attendees to provide proof of full vaccination for this year’s event. In joining us for the 2022 Tech Prom, all guests agree to comply with the safety precautions set forth by CDT, as well as the venue, throughout the course of the evening.
