Tess Vartanian is a Legal Fellow on CDT’s Free Expression team.
Prior to joining CDT, Tess was an associate at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel where her practice focused on First Amendment and antitrust litigation. Tess also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jane Boyle on the Northern District of Texas.
Tess holds a J.D. from Duke University and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
