He previously spent nearly two decades in public service across all three branches of government, serving as General Counsel for the National Security Agency and in senior roles at the White House and Department of Justice. Today, he advises clients on high-stakes crisis management, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement at the intersection of technology and national security.
