We’ll See You in Court! (Again). Suing FCC Over Net Neutrality Repeal

Earlier this week, CDT filed suit against the Federal Communications Commission over the agency’s plans to repeal net neutrality. Our filing was prepared with the help of the wonderful Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

If this all sounds familiar, it’s because CDT has been litigating this topic for years. We were in the DC Circuit most recently when the court found 6-2 that the FCC had authority under Title 2 of the Communications Act to protect a free and open internet.

Ensuring that all internet traffic is treated equally is good for both consumers and business, and CDT will continue working to protect an open internet. To learn more about why net neutrality matters, read these short CDT blogs or visit Burger King.
