Carla was the EU Affairs Associate based in CDT’s Brussels office. Her areas of focus included intermediary liability and policy around online terrorist content.
Prior to joining CDT, she interned with a public affairs consultancy in Brussels, working on IP law, consumer protection, and cultural topics. Carla graduated with a degree in Political Sciences and International Relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She also holds a Master of Arts in European Public Affairs from the Maastricht University, in the Netherlands.
Before landing in Brussels, she studied in Paris for one year and did a traineeship at the Trade and Investment Office of Catalonia in Miami.
She loves skiing, walking her dog, and Belgian dark chocolate.
