Rachel Dellon

Rachel Dellon is CDT’s Director of Special Projects, working with the development team to identify, secure, and strengthen relationships with foundations and other key supporters.

Before CDT, Rachel oversaw foundation relations, annual fund efforts, and departmental operations for the American Constitution Society for Law & Policy (ACS). Her other prior work experience includes a summer in the development department at the Washington National Opera and four years as membership manager at the Ecological Society of America, where she oversaw all aspects of recruitment and retention. She has also served as a pro bono consultant for a variety of nonprofits on projects ranging from fundraising plans to social media strategy.

Rachel holds an MBA with a concentration in Public and Nonprofit Management from Boston University, and a BA in Writing Seminars from Johns Hopkins University.
