Jorge Castro
European Affairs Manager
Jorge is a Brussels, Belgium-based consultant supporting CDT’s EU policy areas of focus, such as data protection and privacy, net neutrality, Internet governance and digital copyright, and intermediary liability.
Previously, he worked as a Policy Analyst at OpenForum Europe, a Brussels-based nonprofit organization working towards an open and more competitive ICT market. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Master’s Degree in European Studies and a LL.M. in European Law. He is also a qualified lawyer from the Bar Association of Madrid.
