Christopher is a Policy Analyst at CDT and works on the Health Privacy Project.

In 2009, Christopher interned with the National Association of Community Health Centers in Washington, DC to advocate for community-health center funding in the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (“Stimulus Bill”). He then worked with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration where he researched health data access and use policies from a privacy and security perspective across the agency and developed a common health data access policy that was implemented at the agency-wide level.

Christopher has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of California, San Diego and a Master’s of Public Policy from the School of Public Policy at George Mason University.
