Alex Bradshaw

Ron Plesser Fellow

Alex is CDT’s Ron Plesser Fellow. In this role she works to advance data privacy rights and promote policies that empower consumers to control their digital domain. Prior to joining CDT she provided legal services to low-income clients in Massachusetts housing eviction cases. Alex also spent four years designing social cause campaigns for MTV where she addressed a range of issues impacting young adults, including cyberbullying and digital activism. Her research has explored two very different issues that are equally dear to her heart: the student privacy implications of education technologies, and legislative reform for US-born victims of human trafficking. Alex is originally from Silver Spring, MD. She is a graduate of Boston College and Harvard Law School.
