Shoppers movements tracked at Short Pump Town Center concern privacy advocates

If you head out to Short Pump Town Center this holiday season, Big Brother will be documenting your every move.

The Henrico County mall will use technology to track the movement of its customers who have mobile devices, beginning Friday and running through New Year’s Day.
