“Reasonable” Grand Jury Subpoenas: Asking for Information in the Age of Big Data

This Note discusses the limited constitutional and statutory bounds on the scope of grand jury subpoenas and argues that the in- creasing use of digital storage technologies challenges even those lim– ited boundaries on the production of subpoenaed data.
