Journal is dedicated to covering children’s nutrition research: Sharing health
Heath care teams, parents, teachers, and children can benefit more by sharing information, especially when it comes to children’s nutrition. There’s a health journal that few parents know about, but it is dedicated to covering the field of children’s nutrition. It’s ICAN: Infant, Child, and Adolescent Nutrition – Sage Publications, a bimonthly journal that launched in January 2009 that serves as a resource and forum for health care professionals involved in the nutritional care of children from birth through adolescence, providing practical information derived from research and practice.
ICAN publishes articles translating original basic and clinical nutrition research for clinicians, evidence-based practice innovations, research reviews, commentaries relating to pediatric nutrition and eating behavior, case reports, roundtable discussions, practice tips, media reviews, and alerts to new sources of information for clinicians.
