Court Decision for YouTube Is Big Win for Internet

Google enjoyed a major win handed down by U.S. District Judge Louis Stanton in Viacom's suit against them. In 30 pages of opinion, the judge sided with Google's interpretation of a law protecting cooperative companies from claims of copyright infringement.
