CDT Files Antitrust Amici Curiae Brief with R Street, Public Knowledge, Engine, and EFF

CDT filed an amicus brief in an antitrust case between two large tech companies and a patent troll. Our brief argues that patents typically thought of as “weak” in the patent context because of their breadth can actually convey significant market power on their owners, and that abuse of such power can lead to harm to competition and consumers.
