Amicus Brief in J.S., S.L., and L.C. v. Village Voice Holdings

Brief of Amici Curiae Electronic Frontier Foundation and Center for Democracy & Technology in support of Village Voice Holdings.  The brief urges the court to apply the “Section 230” immunity to the alternative classified site Backpage.com with regard to illegal advertisements posted there by users.
