Letter to Senate Judiciary Committee on NSA Programs

Coalition letter signed by 60 companies, and privacy and civil liberties organizations, expressing concerns about the recently revealed NSA surveillance programs, and making recommendations for how Congress can begin to reform the authorities under which these programs have been established.
