Comments Urging Rejection of Massachusetts Bill Targeting Video Games

CDT joins the National Coalition Against Censorship, American Booksellers Foundation for Free Expression, American Library Association Office for Intellectual Freedom, Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, and TechFreedom in submitting these comments urging the Massachusetts legislature to reject S.168, a bill that calls for a state-sponsored study to investigate the effect of violent video games and in effect singles out video games in an obvious prelude to content-based regulation.
