CDT's Leslie Harris has a new guest blog post today on the Huffington Post.  The post discusses the risks to privacy when federal law enforcement officials troll social networking sites looking for information. Currently, the FBI and other agencies can search social networks "unchecked," as Harris puts it.  Social networks are so new that the laws on the books haven't caught up to the technology being used.  Guidelines need to be set so officials aren't simply "flying blind" when social networks are searched. Great piece! Take a look and tell us what you think.
