Facebook Asks Users to Comment on Privacy Changes

Facebook users have a great opportunity to make their opinions heard and participate in the policy-making process of the social network.

The company has released a new draft of its Privacy Policy and Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, both of which have significant implications for user privacy. Facebook users have until 12:00 AM PDT on Saturday, April 3 to make their voices heard and comment on the proposed changes.

To let Facebook know how you feel about the changes, visit the “Facebook Site Governance” page and add your comment in the “documents” section.  You have to become a "fan" of the page first in order to weigh in.

A full list of the proposals and how you can comment is here.
